Me gustó mucho escuchar la forma de trabajar la tierra que tiene Hervé, ya que para las personas que no tenemos motohazada (ya no la necesitaré), labrar la tierra era una de las tareas más costosas. Esa técnica de remover un poco la superficie de la tierra, fue para mí como descubrir un tesoro; que trabajar la huerta no es sinónimo de sufrimiento, ni extenuación; todo lo contrario, ahora veo que si tengo que hacer una tarea que me suponga un «sobre esfuerzo», directamente no la hago. Veo por aquí a personas que han llegado a los 90 años y siguen trabajando la huerta. Si llego a esa edad, y tengo la suerte de poder seguir con huerta, no me veo ahí dejándome los riñones. Tal vez sea este el secreto de la eterna juventud. Gracias Hervé.

I see people here who have reached the age of 90 and are still working the garden.
