PROMO DEL CONCIERTO NOCTURNO DESDE LA HUERTA EN DIRECTO DE FLAUTA INDIA, DEL SÁBADO 19 DE DICIEMBRE.
Este concierto está pensado para escucharlo justo antes de dormir. Esta vez, el sonido del bansuri, la flauta india, será como una especie de nana relajante y somnífera, que nos hará dormir bien.
Trataremos de llevar hasta vuestros lugares de descanso, la música orgánica de la flauta, mezclada con los sonidos nocturnos de la huerta. Tal vez algunos grillos, mochuelos, gatos, se quieran unir al concierto con su canto, y si afinamos bien el oído, podamos escuchar el sonido que hacen las plantas al crecer.
La flauta, esta vez, nos acompaña durante una meditación enfocada en quitar tensión de nuestro cuerpo. Al principio, daré una serie de conceptos básicos sobre cómo afrontar la escucha, y de esa forma, poder extraer todos los beneficios que nos aporta. Podemos decir, que la relajación viene después, ya que durante el concierto, viajamos hacia lo desconocido, hasta lo más profundo de nuestro ser. Nos fundiremos con el sonido de la flauta, para, de esa manera, conseguir llegar.
