Bienvenid@s a nuestras clases de respiración para todas las edades, acompañadas de una meditación física, en la que fortalecemos y estiramos nuestros músculos, a la vez que nos concentramos en la base de nuestra práctica, “LA RESPIRACIÓN COMPLETA“.

Este tipo de respiración nos permitirá:

  • CALMAR NUESTRA MENTE, entrando así en un estado de meditación.
  • Mejorar nuestra CONCENTRACIÓN.
  • REDUCIR LA ANSIEDAD.DORMIR MEJOR.
  • Tener una mayor capacidad de DISCERNIMIENTO Y COMUNICACIÓN.
  • No precipitarte en la TOMA DE DECISIONES.
  • INGERIR ALIMENTOS de una manera más COMEDIDA.
  • Hacer que TODO NUESTRO CUERPO se implique en el acto de respirar.
  • Mantener nuestros MÚSCULOS OXIGENADOS en todo momento.
  • Tener una mayor CONCIENCIA DEL ABDOMEN, nuestro centro energético.

ENTRENAMIENTO FÍSICO EN FAMILIA PARA LA HUERTA. Domingo 20 de septiembre a las 11:00

¿Quieres compartir con toda tu familia, primera, segunda y tercera edad, una clase de respiración y entrenamiento físico, que nos ayudará a tener nuestro cuerpo en condiciones óptimas. Pues ese es el objetivo que nos hemos marcado en La Huerta de la Esquina.

La idea es que nos reunamos desde las personas más jóvenes, hasta las más mayores, y realizar una serie de técnicas de respiración y una tabla de ejercicios, adaptadas a todas las edades.

Haremos un trabajo específico de nuestras extremidades brazos y piernas, fundamentales en la huerta. Trabajaremos también nuestros músculos abdominales. Y para finalizar, haremos un poco de trabajo cardiovascular que nos ayudará aumentar nuestra resistencia.

Para este entrenamiento, será necesario que tengáis a mano una esterilla para los ejercicios de suelo, (las personas que les cueste bajar hasta el suelo y subir, podrán realizar los ejercicios de suelo desde una silla o el sofá). Algo de agua cerca es importante para poder hidratarnos durante el entrenamiento. Ropa cómoda y una toalla para el sudor, son también aconsejables.
