Tuvimos el gran placer de conocer a Floriane Nguyen en el California Dream Festival. Su proyecto se llama Les Myrtilles du Llendón, y no dejamos pasar la oportunidad de probar su jugo de arándano, una fruta que conocíamos por su sabor pero yo personalmente desconocía la gran capacidad que tiene para prevenir enfermedades.
Aquí está la breve entrevista que le hicimos, donde entre otras cosas, aprovechó para pedir más atención por parte de la Administración, a los pequeños proyectos de producción agroecológica.
Aquí tenéis una lista que nos pasó de algunos de los beneficios para nuestra salud que tiene el jugo de arándano:
- Previene enfermedades cardiovasculares, dentales y bucales.
- Fortalecen el sistema inmunológico.
- Previenen infecciones de orina, sistema respiratorio, auditivo y garganta.
- Reducen el riesgo de ciertos tipos de cáncer.
- Previenen enfermedades estomacales, úlceras, y afecciones gastrointestinales.
- Previenen el envejecimiento temprano.
