Ya conocíamos la buena mano que tienen para producir alimentos frescos y sanos , y en esta breve entrevista, que le hicimos en el pasado mercadillo eco del California Dream Festival de Gijón, sirvió también para conocer su descontento por no poder usar la palabra “eco o bio” en las producciones que todavía no cuentan con la certificación ecológica oficial.
